How do I select which bundle will work best for my landscaping project?

Determine the amount of space you have available to plant your Emerald Cedars, how much spacing you want between each tree, and the height you want your tree(s) or hedge to reach. Keep in mind that Emerald Cedar trees grow approximately 6-12 inches per year after they are planted. How many trees do I need to create a hedge? 

The number of trees you need for your project is determined by how much space you have available for your Emerald Cedars, and how much space is needed between each tree to achieve your desired visual appearance. The measurements below represent the distance from the tree centre.

Hedge: 2 ft spacing

What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping policy guarantees shipping and delivery in 1-4 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across the GTA and surrounding areas.

What is your delivery policy?

CedarKing's delivery policy guarantees delivery in 1-4 business days. Trees will be delivered to the front of the house, or can be brought into the backyard of the house if "Backyard Delivery" is selected during check out.

Do I need to be home at the time of delivery?

No, you do not need to be home when your Cedars are delivered. Cedars will be left at the front of your house unless "Backyard Delivery" is selected at check out.

What installation services does CedarKings offer?

CedarKings offers a full installation service. Once the trees are delivered to your location, our employees will fully install your Emerald Cedars, as well as apply fertilizer to the Cedars and install a drip line. 

How do I order installation services? 

Once your order has been completed online, contact CedarKings by phone (855-281-0883) or email sales@cedarkings.ca to add an installation service onto your order. 

How is pricing for installation calculated? 

Installation will be quoted after phone call or email, as services vary

Prices can range from $50-$100 per tree.

Do I need to be home at the time of installation?

Yes, we recommend customers are home at the time of installation. However, if this is not possible, specific details and instructions can be communicated via phone or email.

What is CedarKings warranty policy?

5', 6', 7', 8' trees are covered under a one year warranty allowing replacement at a discounted price of 50% of the purchase value If your product is out of stock or not in season, your replacement will be processed when it becomes availableThe warranty will be issued as a replacement tree and not as a refund. Once you receive a replacement, it is not eligible for further replacementPlease note any replacements delivered under warranty are not eligible for further replacements

9' & 10' wire basket cedars are not covered under warranty

What is CedarKing's return policy?

We accept any return on trees you may be unsatisfied with. To return any tree(s), CedarKings must be contacted within 3 days of order delivery. 

Can partial orders be returned?

Yes, partial orders can be returned.

What is CedarKing's cancellation policy?

Customers may cancel any order free of charge within 48 hours of the order being placed, unless the order has already been delivered. If an order is delivered within the 48 hour window, a return of the product must be made instead of a cancellation. 

If an order is cancelled after 48 hours, a handling fee of 5% will be charged for the cancellation.
