Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver all orders within 1 to 4 business days from the date of purchase. This applies to in-stock items that are available for immediate shipment. The only exceptions to this commitment are:

  1. Product Page Information: If the product page or shipping page specifies a different delivery timeframe for a particular item, that information will supersede our standard delivery estimate.

  2. Pre-Order Items: Items available for pre-order will be shipped as per the estimated delivery date mentioned on the product page. Please note that pre-order items are subject to availability and may have longer lead times.

Delivery Method Options

We understand that our customers have different preferences when it comes to receiving their orders. At checkout, you will have the option to select your preferred delivery method. We offer two options:

  1. Driveway Delivery: When you choose this option, we will deliver your trees to your driveway or a safe and accessible place near your driveway. This option is suitable for customers who prefer to handle the transportation of trees to their desired location.

  2. Backyard Delivery: Selecting this option allows us to deliver your trees directly to your backyard. This convenient choice is perfect for customers who want their trees placed in their preferred location within the backyard.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and receive real-time updates on its status.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date when placing your order. Cedar Kings is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delivery Exceptions

While we make every effort to adhere to our promised delivery timeframe, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or unforseen events, may impact delivery schedules. In such cases, we will make our best efforts to communicate any delays promptly.
