Return and Refund Policy

At CedarKings, we take pride in delivering high-quality emerald cedars to enhance your outdoor space. We understand that occasionally circumstances may require you to return or seek a refund for your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.

Return Policy

We offer a return window of 48 hours from the time of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  1. Unplanted Trees: The tree must not have been planted or removed from its original packaging.
  2. Rootball Integrity: The rootball should remain intact and undamaged.
  3. Proper Watering: The tree must have been adequately watered to ensure its health during transit.

If your emerald cedar meets these criteria, you are eligible for a return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process, which may include arranging for the tree's pickup.

- Please Note if all items are being returned there is a $60 return fee to cover our cost of transit to and from the house. If some trees are being kept there is no fee on the return.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you might prefer to exchange your emerald cedar for another variety or size. Unfortunately, once a tree has been planted, we can no longer accept any returns or exchanges.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return request and the successful retrieval of the tree, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, which may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  1. Trees that have been planted.
  2. Trees with damaged rootballs due to improper handling or planting.
  3. Trees that have not been properly watered after delivery.
  4. Items returned after the 48-hour return window has passed.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it falls under our return policy guidelines.
