At CedarKings, we aim to make the delivery process as smooth and straightforward as possible, ensuring that your new trees arrive safely and conveniently at your property. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery service:

Delivery Timing

  • Standard Delivery Window: All orders are processed and delivered within 1-4 business days, unless a different delivery timeframe is specified on the product page or at checkout. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to get your trees to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Areas

  • Free Delivery Coverage: We proudly offer free delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas, including Toronto, Niagara Region, Hamilton Region, Caledon, Oakville, Oshawa, Barrie, Collingwood, Guelph, Kitchener, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, King City, Orangeville, North York, Etobicoke, Markham, Orillia, Halton Hills, Milton, Burlington, Grimsby, St. Catharines, Mississauga, and more. This extensive coverage ensures that a wide range of customers can enjoy our beautiful trees without worrying about delivery charges.

Delivery Options

  • Driveway Delivery: At checkout, customers can opt for free Driveway Delivery, where our delivery driver will leave the trees on the driveway or in a nearby safe location.
  • Backyard Delivery: For an additional $75 fee, customers can choose Backyard Delivery, ensuring the trees are placed directly in the backyard of the house. This option provides added convenience for those who prefer not to move the trees themselves.

Tracking and Scheduling

  • Delivery Tracking: On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a tracking link providing an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your trees. This allows you to stay informed about the delivery process, even if you are not at home.
  • Scheduling Delivery: If you have a specific date in mind for delivery, we encourage you to email us with your order number and preferred date. While we cannot guarantee we can accommodate every specific date request, we always do our best to work with our customers to meet their needs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Exchange Policy: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the condition of any tree upon arrival, we can arrange for an exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, and before the tree has been planted or adjusted in any way, to initiate the exchange process.
