Our customers have two warranty options: 100% Full One-Year Warranty or Standard 50% Replacement Fee Warranty (Warranty preference can be chosen at checkout.):

1 Year Full Warranty: If the full 1-year warranty is selected at checkout, if any tree does not survive, the trees will be replaced free of charge at no additional cost to the customer with all trees being covered for up to 1 year.

Standard 50% Replacement fee Warranty: If any tree were not to survive, the customer can get the tree replaced at 50% the purchase price of the tree for up to one year from the time the trees were purchased plus a $60 labour in transit fee.

Warranty Terms:
Please note that the warranty is provided as a credit towards the replacement of a tree and not as a cash refund. Additionally, once a tree has been replaced under this warranty, it no longer qualifies for further replacement under the warranty terms. This approach ensures our warranty support is both sustainable and focused on providing tangible assistance where it's needed most.

Failure to provide reasonable care, as well as damage caused by external or extraordinary factors such as animals, extreme weather events, or any form of self-inflicted or accidental damage, may void the warranty.

1. Right Location: Choose a location with good sun exposure and well-draining soil. Emerald Green Arborvitae thrives in partial to full sun.
2. Hole Preparation: Dig a hole that is twice as wide as the burlap ball and just as deep. This allows for ample space for the roots to expand.
3. Burlap Ball Handling: Carefully place the tree, with its burlap ball and string, directly into the hole. There's no need to remove the burlap or string as they will not impede root growth. However, ensure to loosen or remove any burlap that is tied around the trunk of the tree.
4. Soil and Fertilizer: Mix transplanting fertilizer (like bone meal or a balanced 10-10-10 fertilizer) with the soil removed from the hole. This helps the tree establish its roots more effectively.
5. Planting the Tree: After placing the tree in the hole, fill the space around the burlap ball with soil, gently patting down to remove air pockets. The top of the burlap ball should be level with the ground surface.
